Wren believes in an open pricing policy where you know exactly what you will pay from the outset for our services.
We won’t charge you expenses/disbursements or add an hourly rate and VAT is included in the fees seen below.
In the event of any additional charges to apply, for specialist works etc, these would be discussed with you & agreed upon before undertaking any services.

Due to the wide range in age and type of properties that can be found in the South East, on occasion & only if applicable, the current condition or size of the property may affect the pricing found below, as mentioned above, this will be discussed with you during the consultation & agreed upon before any services commence.
Building Surveys (Level 3)
1-2 bedroom flats – £690 (incl. VAT)
2-3 bedroom houses – £790 (incl. VAT)
4-5 bedroom houses – £950 (incl. VAT)
Homebuyers Report (Level 2)
1-2 bedroom flats – £550 (incl. VAT)
2-3 bedroom houses – £650 (incl. VAT)
4-5 bedroom houses – £750 (incl. VAT)
Specific Defects Report (SDR)
1-2 issues – £450 (incl. VAT)
